By purchasing a mystery or surprise bundle, you understand that the exact contents may not be disclosed before purchase.

Do not send merchandise back without first contacting Gifts From The Heart. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, including situations involving an incorrect size selection or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When Gifts From The Heart confirms that an incorrect item was sent or an item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover applicable return shipping costs when a return is required.
