Wipe lips completely off any makeup /crème balm. Scoop a pea-sized amount from the tub and apply on to the lips. Scrub in brisk, small circular motions for up to 30 seconds. Wipe off the scrub with a slightly dampened cotton pad. Follow it up with your favorite OMORFEE Lip Balm. Use the Lip Scrub 2-3 times a week for best results. ( OMORFEE BE EXOTIC )
